Hello my name is Robin and I’ve been painting since I was a nipper.

When I was 16 I was a professional pavement artist in Hull (my home town). You rarely see pavement artists anymore, they are people who literally draw, normally with chalk, on paving stones, in town centres, for donations of appreciative onlookers. I spent my takings on records and cider.

I then had a 20 year break while I set up and ran a successful design consultancy in London.

Now I just paint.

When I am not painting I am record shopping or cooking, and I go to the cinema a lot.

I am not one for faffing about.
